This link contains an applet that simulates creating confidence intervals repeatedly and seeing what percentage of the intervals contain the parameter in question.

This applet illustrates the fundamental principles of statistical hypothesis testing through the simplest example: the test for the mean of a single normal population, variance known (the Z test).

This link contains an applet that allows you to choose the alpha level and cumulatively see how many of the intervals would contain the true parameter.

This link contains an applet that computes the p-value and graphs the cumulative distribution function graph, properly shaded, for a given t-value and number of degrees of freedom.

By changing the number of degrees of freedom in a t-distribution, students can see how the pdf changes. They also have the option of overlayng the standard normal curve so that they can see the convergence.
